1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use this platform. By creating an account or viewing any content, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, you must immediately cease all use of this site. We reserve the right to terminate any account found to belong to a minor.

2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not create accounts using automated means, impersonate any person, or create accounts for purposes other than personal use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring all persons depicted in your content have provided informed consent and are of legal age (18+). You must have full rights to any content you upload and must not infringe on any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.

4. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, share, or otherwise make available any content that:
• Depicts minors in sexual situations (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediately reported to NCMEC
• Depicts non-consensual sexual acts or promotes sexual violence
• Contains illegal activity of any kind
• Constitutes harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of individuals
• Infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Is spam, malware, or intended to deceive or defraud
Violations may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.

5. Content Moderation
All uploaded content undergoes admin review before going live. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or restrict any content at our sole discretion, including content that violates these Terms or that we determine is harmful to the community, even if not explicitly prohibited above. Rejected content decisions are final.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: scrape or crawl the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the service, perform denial-of-service attacks, attempt to circumvent authentication or access controls, or use the platform to distribute malware. Automated access of any kind requires our prior written permission.

7. Interactions Between Users
You are responsible for your interactions with other users. The platform provides tools such as blocking and reporting to help manage unwanted contact. We do not mediate disputes between users but may take action on reports involving policy violations. Messages between users are private but may be reviewed if reported for abuse.

8. Privacy

9. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. 11. Governing Law
