We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice as described below.
1. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, provide the following information via our Support page:
• Identification of the copyrighted work — describe the work you claim is being infringed, or provide a link to an authoritative source
• Identification of the infringing material — the specific URL(s) of the content on our platform you believe infringes your copyright
• Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email address
• Good faith statement — "I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
• Accuracy statement — "I declare under penalty of perjury that the information in this notification is accurate, and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner."
• Your physical or electronic signature
2. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
• Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the uploader that their content has been removed
• Maintain a record of notices in accordance with our legal obligations
Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
3. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:
• Identification of the removed content and its URL before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed in error
• Your name, address, phone number, email, and consent to jurisdiction
• Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If no legal action is filed within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.
4. Abuse Warning
Submitting a knowingly false DMCA notice may expose you to civil liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f). Please only submit notices for content you genuinely believe infringes your copyright.
